Accessibility
Everyone should be able to use this.
Last updated August 2026
We want every student to be able to read the site, download the guide, and take part in a meetup. Here is what we do today and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
What we aim for
GradPlanHQ is working to improve accessibility and welcomes accessibility questions or requests. We have not completed a formal accessibility audit or conformance review, so we don't claim conformance with a particular standard today.
On the website
Pages use plain language at roughly an eighth grade reading level, semantic headings, text alternatives for meaningful images, keyboard-reachable links and buttons, and color choices chosen for readable contrast. The site works on phones, tablets, and laptops.
Downloads and guides
The Practice Field Guide and the personalized guide from the quiz are text-based PDFs you can read on a screen or print. The personalized guide includes an ink-saving mode for easier printing. If a PDF does not work with your reader, ask us and we will send the content in another format.
Meetups
Momentum Meetups run over video. You can join by audio only, keep your camera off, use chat instead of speaking, and turn on your platform's live captions. Tell us before a session if you need something else and we will do what we can.
Ask for help or report a barrier
If any part of GradPlanHQ is hard to use, tell us through the Contact Us page. Describe the page or the task and the device you were using, and we will work with you on a fix or an alternative.
