30 volunteer projects built from the assets you already have

Most students don't stall because they're short on ideas. They stall because they haven't taken inventory. Once you list what you already have — the teachers who taught you, the youth group that raised you, the campus offices that help you, the students coming up behind you — the projects and the people to ask surface on their own.

Service hours alone aren't the signal

Results, proof, and references are. Each idea here is built to leave you with a result you can name and someone who can vouch for you. Pick one, then use the planner to scope it into weeks.

Pick one and send the first message

Choose a project. Write a one-page brief. Send the first ask. The project starts when someone says yes. You do not need membership to begin.

Most first asks do not get a reply. Follow up once after a week, then try your second name. Two or three asks before a yes is normal.

Need feedback, accountability, or a community while you run it?

Membership adds:

  • Action & Momentum Meetups
  • Peer feedback
  • Accountability
  • A community practicing alongside you

while you work through the project.
