Action & Momentum Meetups
One-hour working sessions with people doing the same kind of work. Ice breakers, a resource walk-through, then protected work time.
For college students
GradPlanHQ is a professional development community for students. You pick what you need to work on, then move it forward in weekly one-hour working sessions with people doing the same — so the proof exists before you need the internship, the recommendation, or the job offer.
Whether you're building experience, strengthening LinkedIn, earning references, finding direction, preparing for internships, or getting ready for graduation — you get a repeatable way to build career momentum.
Membership includes Action & Momentum Meetups, Project Launchers, feedback, accountability, and a community building alongside you.
Students arrive with different goals. Same system. Each success creates momentum for the next one.
One chain you repeat every semester. Most students already have pieces of it — the system is what connects them.
Pick the thing you actually need: experience, a reference, a stronger resume, a direction.
Decide how you'll get there: the people, resources, and opportunities that support the goal.
Move something real forward: a Project Launcher, class project, role, collaboration, credential, visibility practice, relationship-building activity, or work already underway.
Capture the result: the artifact, the numbers, the story, the dated evidence.
Identify the people who saw the work and can vouch for it by name.
Run the cycle again. Each turn compounds experience, evidence, and relationships.
The repeating loop behind the system: Connect, Build, Grow, Repeat.
Identify the people, resources, and opportunities that support the goal.
Do meaningful work and create something real.
Capture proof, relationships, visibility, and references.
Use what you learned to move the next goal forward.
Not another thing to watch. Membership is working time, with structure around it.
Every member gets the full GradPlanHQ Practice Field: the Growth Cycle, Action & Momentum Meetups, the Community App, and access to all four Project Launchers. Choose a Project Launcher when you need a structured project. Or use the meetups and app to strengthen LinkedIn, practice networking and interviews, earn credentials, improve visibility, advance classwork or a capstone, or move work already underway. You choose what to work on and how quickly to move.

Intentionally designed starting points for real work: PeerTakes, Teach It Back, Community Asset Map, and Design Your Own Internship.
Bring drafts, pitches, and stories to the group and test them on real people before they count.
You pick what matters this semester and come back to it week after week until it's done.
A network you're building by working alongside people, not by sending cold connection requests.

You don't need a five-year plan. You need one thing to move forward this semester.
Every one of these moves forward through the same cycle: connect your goal to a strategy, build something real, capture proof, and repeat. Most of the time, that build is one project. The free Project Ideas library and Project Brief are the fastest way to see what that looks like for you.
Not every student needs the same next step.

FAQ
No. The free tools — the Personal Asset Inventory, Project Ideas library, Project Brief, and Student Planner — are free with no account. Membership adds Action & Momentum Meetups, Project Launchers, feedback, accountability, and community.
It's the best time. Internships, recommendations, and interview stories all take longer to build than people expect. Starting in your first or second year means the proof already exists when you need it.
No. One cycle takes four to six weeks — that's a dated project, a named reference, and a real interview story before graduation. Start with whatever's closest to done.
That's normal, and it's what the Project Launchers are for. Each one is a starting point with a real result attached. The free Project Brief and Student Planner walk you through picking and scoping one.
Meetups are one hour a week, and the work between sessions is yours to pace. Most members spend one to three hours a week moving their project forward.
